Job Description

The Strategic Transformation Office (STO) plays a critical role in enabling ADM to realize business value through the delivery of high-priority projects and programs approved by the designated authority within the organization. As ADM's global center of expertise in project and program management, the Strategic PMO applies best-practice methodologies and deep functional knowledge to ensure disciplined, effective, and value-driven project execution.

In this role, you will support the execution of key strategic initiatives across the organization. You will own portfolio analytics, ensure data quality and governance, and build Power Platform solutions that allow Project Managers to focus on high-value work rather than administrative tasks. Your contribution will be central to:

• Strengthening project governance and ensuring consistent delivery standards

• Managing, structuring, and analyzing portfolio-level data

• Delivering actionable insights to senior management through advanced business analytics

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Solution Development

• Develop and iterate process-management solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, MS Report Builder, SharePoint, and Teams; integrate external systems via standard/custom connectors with secure data access and RLS.

• Ensure reliability & lifecycle: implement ALM best practices (solution packaging, environments, pipelines), telemetry/monitoring, and performance tuning for scalable, compliant delivery.

• Enable adoption: document solutions, apply UX/accessibility standards, and deliver concise how-to guides and trainings to drive user uptake.

Analytics and Decision Support

• Model portfolio data with DAX and Power Query (M); build executive-ready Power BI dashboards and paginated reports that surface trends, risks, dependencies, and benefits realization.

• Translate decisions into metrics: partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, enable self-service analytics for teams and leadership. and drive data-informed decisions across strategic initiatives.

• Maintain data quality: continuously optimize model performance, enforce governance rules, validations, and lineage.

Portfolio Management & Governance

• Maintain and analyze STO portfolio data; run cadence reporting (status, milestones, financials, benefits) and support change control across initiatives.

• Facilitate workshops and trainings, publish templates, quick-reference guides, and short videos to ensure knowledge transfer and embed best practices.

• Evolve governance frameworks to align delivery with strategy and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business intelligence, PMO/PPM, or analytics, delivering insights and portfolio/reporting outcomes in complex environments.

• Proven track record rolling out enterprise Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) and applying Power Platform security (environments, roles, data policies).

• Power BI & Report Builder expertise: strong DAX, tabular modeling, and RLS; deliver executive dashboards and paginated reports (create, schedule, distribute).

• Power Query (M) expertise: hands-on data shaping/transformations; authoring and maintaining M code for performance and reliability.

• Working understanding of project management frameworks/methodologies (e.g., PMBOK/PMP, PRINCE2) and governance processes.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication-able to convert analysis into decisions and clear, executive-ready narratives.

• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
