Your Responsibilities:

We are seeking a results-driven and technically proficient Sales Manager/KAM with 10-15 years of experience to drive our poultry feed additives & Ingredients business in South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala). You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and providing technical support to feed mills, integrators, and large-scale poultry producers. Location: Coimbatore/Namakkal
  • Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for specialty nutrition and feed additive products.
  • Business Development: Identify and onboard new clients, including distributors, key accounts and large-scale poultry farms.
  • Account Management: Maintain and deepen relationships with customers, including nutritionists, formulators and procurement teams
  • Technical Support: Conduct technical presentations and on-site trials to demonstrate the value of feed additives in improving animal performance
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide accurate market feedback to senior management.
  • Financial Accountability: Manage account receivables to ensure timely payments and oversee regional budgeting and forecasting.
Your Profile:
  • Education: B.V.Sc & AH/ B.Sc Agriculture/B.Sc Poultry Nutrition/ B. Pharm/ B.Sc/ B.Com+MBA or equivalent
  • Experience: 10-15 years of proven sales experience specifically in Poultry feed additives, or Poultry nutrition in South India.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of poultry nutrition, farming practices, and knowledge of modern concepts of mineral nutrition, feed safety, gut health and phytogenic as well as non-antibiotics growth promoters.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong analytical skills to convert data into commercial value propositions. Basic Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50-70%) within the assigned territory.
