AR ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities

  • Daily bank statement booking
  • Posting documents in the area of receivables,
  • Resolving discrepancies on cash allocation
  • Proactive participation in projects around process improvements, automations, analytics and data reporting, often with use of PowerBI, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
  • Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes,
  • Preparing data for reporting,
  • Cooperating with colleagues from: GBS P2C teams, Strategic Partner, Business Stakeholders on daily duties and Month End Close tasks,
  • Ensuring daily operations are carried out according to set targets and deadlines,
  • Everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries (including scheduling or participating in meetings)
Requirements:
  • At least 2- year of experience in accounting, in SSC is nice to have,
  • Good command of English, written and oral (B2 at least)
  • Advanced level of Excel skills, Power BI will be an advantage,
  • Seek for improvements & automations,
  • Analytics skills and data reporting, often with use of PowerBI, SharePoint, Excel, etc.
  • Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) would be an asset.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills,
  • French skills will be an advantage,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to organize your own time,
  • Willingness to learn and develop in the accounting area.
  • Ability to work 3 days per week from our Pozna office.
