• Elaborate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research by working closely with sales and technical team to determine the properly actions to be taken in short and medium terms.
• Conceptualize sales and promotions strategies base on customers' needs and coordinate them with the sales and technical departments.
• Recommend product lines by identifying product specifications base on the market environment and company's policies.
• Propose and execute communication plan (ATL, BTL, off and on-line) including exhibition or their similar.
• Introduces and markets new products by developing integrated plans with sales, advertising and production.

• Experience in product or brand management.
• Experience in aquaculture industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of conducting and understanding market research and survey and consumer insights.
• Product registrations and its requirements is preferred.
