Key Responsibilities

• Social media management, including but not limited to planning social media calendars, coordinating design and content, engaging with the community, and monitoring performance.

• Support project organization/management tasks and execute daily responsibilities for APAC Marketing.

• Apply marketing analytics techniques to gather and analyze data for strategic decision-making.

• Assist in deploying brand campaigns and ensure all brand visibility executions comply with global brand guidelines.

• Support event planning activities, including but not limited to trade shows, industry conferences, customer seminars, and similar events.

• Organize and manage marketing collateral.

• Present learnings with actionable insights and recommendations.

• Perform administrative tasks such as updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories; recording office activities and business transactions; and handling other clerical duties as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education

• Graduate or graduating in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience

• Prior internship experience is an advantage.

• Experience in the animal industry is a plus.

• Experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred.

Skills

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, marketing software, and online applications.

• Highly autonomous while remaining collaborative; a strong team player.

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

Other Requirements

• Willingness to travel if required.
