The Job

The extrusion SME for ADM Tianjin MeM supports the production manager to manage day to day production of MeM line to ensure we fulfill demand with best safety, quality and cost standard. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of aqua industry and process with demonstrated experience on aqua technical capability particularly extrusion.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the production process, ensure a smooth and efficient workflow, coordinate cooperation between departments and resolve issues during production

• Develop and implement quality control to ensure the products meet the standards, supervise quality inspections during production, promptly identify and address quality issues and solve this problem.

• Manage and guide the production team, ensure compliance with safety requirements and operating procedures.

• Provide necessary training to enhance employee skills and production efficiency.

• Highly involved in safety management, establishing and enforcing safety regulations.

• Promptly address accidents and potential safety hazards during production, ensuring the safety of employees and equipment.

• Living ADM's core values and code of conduct, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your Profile

• Strong safety awareness

• College degree or above, with majors in Mechanical Engineering, Feed/Food Processing, or related fields preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of production management experience in aqua products, familiar with production processes and technology.

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and factual information.

• Familiar with office software for production planning and data analysis.

• Good teamwork spirit and a strong sense of responsibility.

• English capability will be a plus
