This position holder is responsible for

The inventory accountant is responsible for tracking, analyxzing and reporting inventory transaction and balances. This role ensure the accruracy of inventory records, performs reconcilliations, support physical inventory counts, and works closely with operations, procurement, and controlling team to ensure effective inventory control.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Maintian accrurate records of inventoty transactions including purchases, transfers, adjustments and write-offs.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
Analyze inventory levels ans cost variances, and investigate significant changes or anomalies.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes related to inventory.
Prepare and review journal entries for inventory transactions.
Support physical inventory counts and cycle counts, ensuring proper documentation and process adherence.
Collaborate with Procurement, Suply Chain, Warehouse, and Production department to improve inventory accruracy.
Monitor inventory valuation methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average) and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Ensure inventory processed comply with internal controls and accounting policies.
Provide inventory reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS:Education:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent discipline is requiredWorking Experience:At least 3-year experience in accounting field and 2-year experience in similar position.Business Understanding:understand business and ADM policies, communicate and work with partners across multiple departments.Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):Experience in using Navision (or other ERP), Microsoft Office, Power Query,

Analytical skills, numeracy and financial awareness

Carefulness, teamwork and willing to learn spirit.
