SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Farm Operations Technician to support daily operations at our ornamental plant nursery. This individual will be responsible for operating and maintaining tractors and related equipment, as well as assisting with fieldwork such as mowing and general upkeep. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and committed to the success of our growing operation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate tractors and equipment for mowing, hauling, and general tasks

- Perform routine maintenance on farm machinery (oil, tires, filters)

- Assist with irrigation setup and relocation of potted plants

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

- Identify and report equipment issues for repair

- Support general labor tasks around the farm

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience with tractors and farm equipment

- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting ability

- Physically able to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs

- Punctual, dependable, and able to work as part of a team

- Valid driver's license preferred

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
