Taber Seed Cleaning Co-operative Association Ltd. is seeking a Seed Plant Operator.

The ideal candidate would be:

• Work efficiently with our team and alone
• Knowledge of grain handling processing
• Posses or be able to obtain a seed treating application certificate
• Have a working knowledge of seed/grain grading and  the pedigreed seed business
• Courteous and professional working attitude with all customers, management, and staff.

Operations and responsibilities include:

• Assist other staff to maintain a safe clean efficient work environment
• Work environment is in a non-heated indoor buildings and outside,
• Applicants must be comfortable with heights. 
• Applicants must be able to commute to both operation sites, located in Grassy Lake, AB and Fincastle, AB.
• Duties include, unloading and loading trucks, plant change-overs, operation of cleaning equipment.
• Mandatory training will be provided. Certificate training for pedigreed seed processing and Pesticide application to be provided to right individual.
