Job Description: Oversee, strategize and grow the profitability of the Grain & Feed Ingredient Division. Responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies to expand reach and drive revenue and profitability. Oversee, coach and mentor the trading staff (15-20). Requires 10 or more years' experience in merchandising grain/feed ingredients, along with demonstrated leadership success. Requires proven track record delivering value and measurable results. Exceptional negotiation, time management and interpersonal skills required. Must be willing to relocate to the British Columbia. $200,000 to $275,000 CAD.
