Job Description: Guide & lead well performing energy department to meet sales goals. Position is open due to upcoming retirement. Responsibilities include coaching/training 15+ employees, budget planning, setting sales goals, procurement and pricing, and inventory control. Requires experience in propane and/or fuel procurement and marketing along with demonstrated leadership skills.
