Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Custom Application Manager, the floater/sprayer operator is responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient application of fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to agricultural fields, using state-of-the-art floaters, sprayers and tender trucks. This role is a key piece of our Custom Application Division, ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to meet customer needs while maintaining regulatory and operational safety standards.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
  • Valid 1A driver's license 
  • Insurable driver with clean abstract (must be submitted with application)
  • Excellent customer service skills, phone etiquette, communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Responsive with a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Capacity to work long hours for extended periods of time
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic equipment maintenance skills are an asset
  • Must live in or close to the community of Biggar SK
