As President you will have two main responsibilities. First, is to develop and oversee the go-to-market strategy. The size of this unexploited market makes this a very exciting and lucrative opportunity.  Second, is to develop and lead the Management team.

To be considered, you must have a solid understanding and demonstrated track record of sales and marketing in the agriculture industry; preferably in one of the following market segments: crop nutrition, micro-nutrients, bio stimulants, seed treatments, soil health enhancers, crop protection or seed. Our ideal candidate has a passion for soil health and embraces regenerative/sustainable ag practices. You appreciate that if the soil is healthier the farm will be more successful. You must have team development and leadership experience. You must also have had financial responsibility for managing company or divisional P & L.
