As the Agronomy Manager you will be the agronomic expert on staff. This is a full-time permanent job.  In close collaboration with the operations team, you will create the annual cropping plan and monitor the crops in season. You will provide guidance on agronomy related issues including: crop nutrition, crop protection (weeds, disease and insects), and crop staging. You will collect data, track results and report information. 

To be considered you must have: Canadian prairie agronomic experience and knowledge of prairie grain farming best practices. We will consider mentoring a junior agronomist who can grow into the role, OR a career level agronomist who can hit the ground running, OR a senior level agronomist who may be nearing retirement and desires a flexible winter schedule.
