Description:   Established by the Quebec Women's Institutes as a memorial to a distinguished Canadian, Mrs. Alfred Watt, M.B.E., who introduced the idea of Women's Institutes in England and Wales and was President of the Associated Country Women of the World from 1930 to 1947. Awarded to a student from rural Quebec in the First or Second year of the B.Sc.(Nutr.Sc.) program in the School of Dietetics and Human Nutrition who shows qualities of leadership and is worthy of financial encouragement to complete her program.
