Description: This $10,000 scholarship (separated into $4,000 for first year and $2,000 for three years afterwards) will be awarded to an incoming freshman who was the upper 10 percent of their high school class at the end of their junior, or who has a composite ACT (or equivalent SAT) score of at least a 29. The scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman at the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign who has demonstrated leadership and good citizenship. To continue receiving the scholarship after the first year, the recipient must maintain a G.P.A. of at least 3.40 for 30 (27 graded) credit hours of course work each academic year.
