Job Description

AFI is hiring a Marketing Manager to support and lead the marketing communication plans.  In this role you will have the freedom to develop advertising and marketing concepts by leveraging print, digital and social media platforms to increase awareness, preference and demand for AFI products and services.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop a consistent message to drive brand awareness through effective marketing communications.
• Work with the leadership team and sales managers to address subject matters to produce winning content and messages.
• Develop effective communication tactics, strategies and channels.
• Website content and advertising development.

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Public Relations.
• 5+ years agriculture industry experience.
• Strong communication skills.  Fluent in English.  Spanish is strongly desired, but not required.
• Quick learner with the ability to optimize planning, scheduling and time efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills.
• Team player who is flexible and adaptable
