Wage: $25.00/hour
Experience: 2-3 years cattle and supervising

Duties:
Follow all company policies, procedures, and codes of practice. Display commitment to the health and safety program. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Formulate feeding program. Receiving, processing, vaccinating, and tagging cattle. Supervise general farm workers. Recognize and treat any health issues. Report health issues. Utilize low-stress cattle handling techniques. Monitor and assess the physical condition of cattle. Assist the veterinarians as required Identify death losses, record and report. Communicate with the feedlot team to ensure the cattle are well cared for and daily tasks have been accomplished. Operate and maintain equipment tools, and machinery. Perform feedlot duties when asked by feedlot managers.

Weekend work is required, including Sundays.
Physically demanding. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
