Individual must be a team player and also be competent in making decisions relating to the day to day challenges with farm equipment and silage and hay production from seed to harvest. Manure management will also be a responsibility during summer season to haul and spread on lands. During winter season individual will be given the responsibility of care and feeding of cattle.
