Build Your Own Franchise
TurnRow Agronomy is a rapidly growing ag input company that sells adjuvants, surfactants, nutritionals, and nitrogen stabilizers, and we're giving you the keys to a franchise. You own your territory. You own your strategy. You own your success. The higher you build it, the more you make.
About TurnRow
Our leadership team brings five generations of farming experience, decades of global ag sales expertise, and a no-nonsense approach to problem-solving. We're not corporate. We don't hide behind bureaucracy or one-size-fits-all programs.
We make cutting-edge biological inputs: proprietary technologies like Amino Tech™ (19 plant-derived amino acids) and bioFIX™ (5-strain microbial nitrogen fixation blend) that growers actually want. Our products deliver real agronomic value at prices 25-40% lower than the competition.
We are on a trajectory to grow exponentially in the next few years. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of something that's working.
The Opportunity
You will effectively own a territory. You are responsible for building it from the ground up. You decide how to approach the market: sell direct to farmers, work through distributors and co-ops, hit dealers—or mix it all. The choice is yours.
Here's what sets this apart:
You have absolute autonomy in how you run your franchise. No micromanagement. No corporate approval committees.
You're backed by people who've built dominant ag businesses. You get world-class onboarding and mentorship from day one.
You have real support from technical experts in agronomy, product knowledge, and field application—available when you need them.
You represent technology growers actually want. Adjuvants, surfactants, nutritionals, and nitrogen stabilizers aren't me-too products—they're genuinely different, and reps love selling them.
You operate with flexibility. We can negotiate quantities, provide samples, and move fast—because we're not constrained by corporate red tape.
Your earning potential is unlimited. The onus is on you.
Who We're Looking For
You have agronomic experience. This could mean an agronomy degree, years in crop consulting, previous ag input sales, or deep farming knowledge. Whatever your background, you understand how crops work and what growers actually care about.
You're entrepreneurial. You want to build something, not just execute a playbook. You're comfortable owning the outcomes.
You're consultative, not transactional. You talk to growers about their problems, not your quota. You build relationships that last seasons.
You understand biology-based solutions. You get why amino acids and microbial biology matter in modern agronomy, and you can explain it to farmers in plain language.
You're resourceful. You can navigate multi-channel sales (direct farmers, distributors, dealers, co-ops). You figure out what works in your territory.
You want to represent something different. You're tired of corporate ag, seeking a culture that will embrace you as a member of the family.
What You'll Get
Compensation
Salary + Commission structure. Your earning potential is tied directly to how you build your territory.
Onboarding & Education
You'll spend the first 30+ days getting acclimated to our way of doing things. You'll learn from leaders who've built successful ag businesses. This isn't a quick certification—it's real mentorship on how to approach ag sales, territory strategy, and long-term relationship-building.
Expert Support
You won't be alone. You have access to agronomists, product experts, and field specialists whenever you need them. If you're unsure about application, efficacy, or grower questions—you have people to lean on.
Territory Ownership
You own your territory. You decide the strategy. You decide which channels to prioritize. You decide how fast to grow. We give you the tools, the product, and the support—the rest is up to you.
