The Role
We are seeking a Truck Driver to join our Crop Inputs team. This role is responsible for assisting our team with the transportation of fertilizer and crop protection products and delivering the best customer service to our producers along with the maintenance and operation of the facility.
Day to Day
  • Deliver seed, grain, fertilizer, and crop protection products to farms and fields.
  • Drive Class 1 trucks safely and follow all safe driving practices.
  • Load, move, and unload seed bags, totes, bulk grain, fertilizer, and chemical products.
  • Use truck conveyors, augers, hoses, and other equipment to unload products into seeders, bins, tanks, or farm storage.
  • Handle all products with care to prevent damage, spills, or mixing.
  • Clean truck boxes and equipment between loads to keep products separate.
  • Complete truck checks, report issues, and help keep equipment safe and ready to use.
  • Help with shop and yard maintenance when deliveries are complete.
What You'll Bring
  • Valid Class 1 license with a clean driving abstract
  • Experience in mechanical repair and maintenance of equipment
  • Experience in the agricultural industry is an asset
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Flexible work schedule (extended hours may be required)
