The Role
We are seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our P&H Milling team. This role is responsible for flour production within the facility, including operating, monitoring, and setting up equipment and machinery. You will lead a team of mill operators in the production and shipping of bulk flour from the facility that runs 24/7.
Day to Day

Lead and supervise milling operations, ensuring optimal equipment performance, flour extraction, quality standards, and production efficiency.
Execute production schedules, product changeovers, and flour production processes to meet customer and business requirements.
Monitor equipment, perform troubleshooting and minor maintenance, and coordinate repair needs through work orders and action plans.
Support and direct team members, ensuring responsibilities, sanitation activities, and operational tasks are completed effectively.
Complete inspections, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
Maintain compliance with GMP, HACCP, BRCGS, food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
Report food safety, quality, and security concerns and perform other related duties as required.

What You'll Bring:

Completion of Secondary School Diploma.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a flour mill as a Shift Miller.
A Diploma, Certificate, or Advanced Certificate in Flour Milling or equivalent training in Flour Milling Science and Technology.
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
Ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
