What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide sales and administrative support across a range of branch operations, including:

• Performing general administrative tasks such as managing debtors, accounts receivable/payable, stock control, ordering, receipting, and dispatching goods
• Assisting customers with pricing enquiries and product information
• Processing counter sales through POS systems
• Maintaining and promoting safe work practices
• Supporting merchandise campaigns and in-store promotions
• Providing general administrative support to the branch team
• Loading/unloading trucks and assisting with dispatch and deliveries
• Participating in a rotating roster, including one Saturday morning per month

To succeed in this role, you will bring experience working in a fast-paced team environment, along with a genuine interest in Australian agriculture. You will also demonstrate:

• A proactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Sound problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• The initiative to identify and improve internal processes
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• A current driver's licence required and forklift ticket (strongly preferred)
