What You'll Do:

Based in the Kerang region, you'll work closely with a well-established customer base across dryland and irrigated systems, supporting crop and pasture decisions while driving commercial growth in a key market.

• Provide practical, on-farm agronomic advice across broad acre cropping, pasture and fertiliser programs, staying ahead of seasonal conditions and best practice
• Build strong, trusted customer relationships and deliver high-quality after-sales support
• Identify growth opportunities and increase uptake of Nutrien products and services across your portfolio
• Contribute to branch performance through forecasting and input planning
• Represent Nutrien across local field days, industry events and customer functions
• Share market insights on seasonal trends, competitor activity and local opportunities

What You'll Bring:

• Sales experience in agronomy, with confidence providing on-farm production advice (2+ years)
• A relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Ag Science) or equivalent experience
• Customer-first approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills across growers, suppliers and internal teams
• Planning and commercial awareness, including forecasting, identifying opportunities and using customer data to drive outcomes
• Computer literacy and comfort using farm management systems
• Current driver's licence
