We're now looking for an experienced HR Services Team Lead to lead a critical HR function, drive continuous improvement, and deliver an exceptional employee experience. 

What You'll Do:

Reporting to the Manager, HR Advisory Services (Global), this role is responsible for delivering hands-on, day-to-day leadership of a high-performing HR Services team, while driving the continuous improvement of systems and processes. The position supports a client group and is a key global partner ensuring regional service delivery is aligned with global standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead & coach a team of HR Services Advisors to deliver high-quality, SLA-driven outcomes
• Oversee HR service delivery across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding)
• Provide trusted HR advice to leaders and employees on policies and processes
• Drive continuous improvement across HR systems, workflows, and service delivery
• Manage HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors / ServiceNow), ensuring data integrity and usability
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Support change initiatives including adoption of global frameworks and new processes
•  Collaborate globally with HR shared service teams

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience leading teams in HR shared services or operations
• Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and HR compliance
• Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems (SuccessFactors highly regarded)
• Ability to balance service delivery, coaching, and operational excellence
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• High attention to detail with a process improvement mindset
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to navigate complexity
