Job Description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for controlling and directing the receiving, storage and distribution of all raw, work-in-process, and finished goods material to and from the warehouses. This includes personnel and equipment initiatives to optimize safe, timely, and cost-effective product output by the Company. Duties include developing/maintaining supply chain strategies/goals, ensuring accountability for controlled inventory and finished goods shipping/warehousing and supervising shipping/warehouse employees and facilities. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related degree program and/or a minimum of five years shipping and warehouse management experience is preferred. Knowledge of farming/agriculture, experience in the heavy industrial or agricultural equipment industry, and knowledge of MS Office and computer system application in warehouse management is also preferred.
