Farm Equipment Operator

Location: Frederick, MD

We're looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our farm team in Frederick, MD. This position includes operating farm equipment as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate farm equipment
• cleaning and maintaining equipment 

Qualifications:

• Experience operating farm equipment is required
• Basic mechanical knowledge preferred
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• CDL and sprayer operator experience are highly desirable.

Schedule:
The position offers full-time weekly hours, with additional hours during planting, hay season, harvest, and other peak farming periods. Because farming is weather-dependent, occasional weekend work may be required to make up for weather delays and take advantage of favorable field conditions.

What We're Looking For:
This is a hands-on position working directly with the farm owners. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, shows up on time, works safely, and is willing to pitch in wherever needed.

Pay:

• $25 to $30 based on experience
