How you’ll make an impact

Be part of the team that develops partnerships across the agriculture industry, working closely with external partners, Alliance teams and finance teams.

As a Territory Relationship Specialist, you’ll develop and maintain strong relationships with FCC’s Alliance Partners while promoting point-of-sale financing solutions. Your role is vital in supporting business growth, enhancing partner experience and contributing to FCC’s performance in your region.

We seek someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and builds on others' ideas. You’re a relationship-driven, strategic thinker who identifies opportunities to grow partnerships and drive business results within a defined territory. You’re a natural communicator and active listener, comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders—from frontline conversations with our Alliance beef partners and customers to strategic discussions with finance teams.

You bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for agriculture and customer experience, and a curious, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset. Most importantly, you embrace change, enjoy building long-term partnerships, and have the confidence to grow your territory.

If you enjoy building relationships, supporting your team while managing your own portfolio, and driving business growth, this is the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with Alliance Partners within your portfolio
  • Promote and position FCC livestock financing solutions to our partners
  • Identify opportunities to expand business and increase partner engagement and adoption
  • Execute sales and marketing strategies to support portfolio growth and partner success
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to partners to enhance their business performance
  • Collaborate and support with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive partner and customer experience

What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

  • A degree in agriculture, business or commerce
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development
  • Extensive knowledge of lending, marketing, and sales principles
  • Solid understanding of portfolio management and partner relationship strategies
  • Proven ability to grow relationships and influence business outcomes
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication and collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with agriculture partners in the beef livestock industry
  • Experience in financing solutions or credit-related products
  • Knowledge of FCC products and services
  • Experience managing a sales territory or portfolio of accounts
