How you’ll make an impact
Be part of FCC’s journey to transform our Total Rewards programs and help shape the future of our compensation strategy. As Manager, Compensation, you’ll leverage your expertise in compensation, job architecture and performance management to support the development and management of compensation programs across the company. You’ll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation programs and processes that align with organizational objectives and support a high-performing workforce.
Your strong analytical and leadership skills will help ensure programs are competitive, equitable and compliant with legislation and policies.
