About 360 Rain
360 RAIN is an adaptive application system that includes an autonomous machine, infrastructure, and appbased control. The system autonomously delivers water, nutrients, and manure throughout the season while you adapt input selection, application rates, and timing to fit your operation.
Overview
As a 360 RAIN Field Success Specialist, your primary desk is in the field. This is a high-travel role meant for someone who thrives on solving problems hands-on and building relationships face-to-face. You’ll be on the road training new dealers and technicians through their first machine set ups and making sure sites are ready for success.
During application season, you're traveling directly to problem sites to diagnose issues and provide solutions. But uptime is only half the job. Every dealer visit and customer interaction is a chance to deliver an experience worth talking about and we hold that standard as seriously as we hold machine performance. You'll leave every site with the machine running and the people behind it feeling supported, confident, and glad you were there.
You'll also work closely with our engineering team to turn field learnings into documentation that will prevent others in the fleet from having similar issues.
