Responsible for marketing ADM products to existing and future customers and achieving optimum financial results in line with market and competitive landscape
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identify and evaluate local market opportunities
• Formulate strategies and execute action plans to maximize sales and achieve targets
• Advise on realistic forecasts based on historical data, market trends and competitive activities
• Develop strategic and partnership accounts by building relationships and creating service offerings
Conduct direct sales activities
• Being accountable for customers' contract terms, with support from the credit department
• Other ad-hoc activities, as required
EDUCATION:
Bachelor Degree with business/economic/trading background preferred
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 3 years commercial experience preferably, including trading and logistics
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Good interpersonal and communication skills
High level of analytical thinking with strong self-initiative
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with ease
Ability to work well under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English
