Responsibilities:

Develop Channel Plan

Assist Marketing Manager and coordinate with Sales Managers to develop channel plans based on sales development plan and brand marketing plan for General Trade, Modern Trade and E-commerce:

Outlet classification
Product / Pricing / Promotion
New product pipeline

2 Plan and Execute Sell Out Programs

Coordinate with Sales Managers to develop and execute Sell Out Programs for General Trade and Modern Trade:

Promotion/ Discount
Rebate
Loyalty

Plan and Execute Point-Of-Sales Visibility

Coordinate with Sales Manager and Brand Marketing to plan and execute POS Visibility Initiatives:

Out - store
In - store

Plan and Execute Shopper Marketing Initiatives

Assist Marketing Manager and coordinate with Sales Manager and Brand Marketing to plan and execute Shopper Marketing Activities:

Activations at GT and MT stores, including own brand and co-branding
Shopper promotion at GT and MT stores

Market Intelligence

Monthly tracking of ADM performance in the market (new product, price, sell out and shopper marketing activities)
Monthly tracking of competitor information (new product, price, sell out and shopper marketing activities)
Once-a-week visit to point-of-sales/customers

REQUIREMENTSEducation:University Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar fieldWorking Experience:At least 4 years experience in a similar role in FMCG industry in VietnamBusiness Understanding:Experience in trade marketing in FMCG is a must

Experience in shopper marketing is an advantage

Experience in channel planning is an advantage

Others (e.g., language skills, technical skills):Highly self-motivated to work under minimum supervision

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Excellent organization and time management skills

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Able to speak and write in English well

Is or was a pet owner is an advantage
