Your Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day Travel & Expense (T&E) operations for assigned business areas, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees, providing support and resolving T&E-related inquiries.
• Perform month-end activities, including reconciliations, reporting and basic data analysis.
• Support corporate card administration and monitor outstanding expenses.
• Maintain employee profiles and data in SAP Concur.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and provide system and process support.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners such as travel agencies and card providers.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation and user guidance materials.
• Contribute to process improvements, projects and system enhancements within the T&E function.
• Support additional T&E activities and initiatives as required.
Your Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in Travel & Expense, Accounts Payable, Corporate Cards or a similar shared services environment.
• Experience working with SAP Concur and corporate card programs is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
• Fluent English is required; Mandarin Chinese would be a strong advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, organized and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
