- Qun l xut, nhp,tn cho kho nguyn liu v thnh phm.

Managing out, in, stock for warehouse of raw materials and finished products.

- Qun l kho theo nguyn tc nhp trc xut trc FIFO ( nhp trc xut trc ) & FEFO ( ht hn trc xut trc)

Managing warehouse in accordance with the principle of FIFO (First In First Out) & FEFO ( First Expiry First Out )

- Tun th cc quy nh lin quan n cc h thng: ISO, HACCP, GMP, FAMI-QS.

Complying with regulations relating to systems: ISO, HACCP, GMP, FAMI-QS.

- Gim st v o to cc Nhn vin lin quan hot ng kho : nhn vin kho, xe nng, i bo v,...

Supervising & training staffs relating to warehouse operation : warehouse staff, forklift drivers , security guards working in warehouse operations.

- Qun l tn kho chnh xc.

Managing stock accuracy.

- Kim sot cht lng hng ha trong kho : ng m sn phm, lng, ng s l,.. v iu kin lu tr p ng yu cu c cc sn phm tr v v cn x l li.

Controling quality of goods in store: right product codes, enough quantity , right lots,... and storage condition meeting requirements including returned goods & re-work.

Controlling & improving shrink relating to warehouse.

Organizing & arranging effectively unloading & loading.

Managing well goods traceability & improve , optimize warehouse operations.

- Thao tc v s dng hiu qu cc d liu trn h thng D365 cho vic nhp, chuyn liu / bao b cho sn xut , xut hng v cc loi hng ha tn kho cn c gii quyt theo tiu chun.

Operating & utilizing effectively data on D265 system for unloading, transferring ingredients , packaging to production, loading & stocked goods or slow moving to be solved well in accordance with standard.

- Tng tc v phi hp hiu qu vi cc b phn lin quan hot ng kho cho vic phc v khch hng chung : mi trng, sc khe & an ton lao ng ( EHS ),thu mua , cht lng, phc v khch hng, sn xut, thng mi, kho cc nh my khc lin quan.

Working & collaborating effectively with the related functions in warehouse operations for together customer service : EHS, purchasing / Logistic, QFS, CS, production, commercial, related plants warehouse.

-Thc hin hay xut vic t mua cc dng c, vt t,... phc v cho hot ng kho.

Perforning or proposing to buy tools, supplies for warehouse operations.

- Thc hin cc nhim v khc lin quan khi c yu cu.

Performing other tasks / duties related to any assignments.

Working location: Street No. 07, Long Khanh Industrial Park, Long Khanh City, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam.

Job requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Tt nghip i hc cc ngnh lin quan: Cng ngh thc phm, Chn nui/Th y, Ha hc, Logistics hoc Qun l chui cung ng.

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Animal Science/Veterinary, Chemistry, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

• Ting Anh giao tip c bn, c kh nng c hiu ti liu chuyn mn.

Basic English communication skills with the ability to read and understand technical documents.

• Thnh tho Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Ti thiu 3-5 nm kinh nghim v tr tng ng.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.

• C kinh nghim trong ngnh premix hoc ph gia l mt li th.

Experience in the premix or additives industry is an advantage.
