Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration (Master's is a plus)
8-12 years of progressive B2B sales experience in food, beverage, or ingredients industry
Experience in flavors, beverage systems, or functional ingredients preferred; adjacent category experience (food ingredients, dairy, bakery) will be considered
Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding margin
Strong commercial acumen with experience in value-based / solution selling
Demonstrated ability to manage strategic customer relationships and complex sales cycles (brief - development - commercialization)
Strong stakeholder management across R&D, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Fluent in Turkish and English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office; Salesforce experience required; SAP/Power BI is a plus
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Turkey

Job PurposeTo drive sustainable and profitable growth within ADM's Flavors (Human Nutrition) business in Turkey by managing strategic accounts, developing new business opportunities, and positioning ADM as a preferred partner through value-added, innovation-led solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Commercial Leadership
Develop and execute customer and market strategies aligned with business objectives
Own and deliver against sales targets, margins, and pipeline growth
Build and maintain a strong and qualified opportunity pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting
Identify white space opportunities in categories, customers, and applications
2. Key Account Management & Business Development
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customers within the beverage and food sectors
Strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and position ADM as a preferred partner
Expand share of wallet with existing customers while developing new accounts
Lead customer negotiations and commercial discussions
3. Innovation & Project Execution
Lead customer opportunities from brief to commercialization, ensuring structured follow-up
Collaborate with R&D and application teams to deliver innovative flavor solutions
Present market trends, concepts, and product innovations to customers
Coordinate samples, technical documentation, and project timelines
4. Market & Customer Insight
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in Turkey
Translate insights into actionable sales and innovation opportunities
Support local and regional marketing initiatives
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with R&D, marketing, supply chain, and regulatory teams to deliver customer solutions
Ensure internal alignment to successfully execute customer projects
6. Execution Excellence & Reporting
Maintain disciplined use of Salesforce (CRM) for pipeline and customer management
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Ensure timely follow-up on customer requirements and project milestones
7. Distributor & Market Coverage (possibly)
Support and manage distributors/agents in assigned territories
Drive alignment and performance across indirect channels
