An opportunity has now arisen for a Senior Reliability Engineer within the EMEA Reliability Technical Center. This role provides technical leadership to improve asset reliability, eliminate chronic equipment losses, standardize reliability engineering practices, and support Maintenance Excellence across multiple manufacturing sites within EMEA Region. Working closely with Plant Operations, Maintenance and Capital Project teams, it ensures reliability principles are embedded throughout the entire asset lifecycle-from equipment selection and design through commissioning, operation and continuous improvement. The role also develops regional standards, coaches site teams, and drives continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, reliability, availability and maintenance cost performance.
Your Responsibilities
Champion ADM Health, Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Environmental standards while promoting a proactive reliability culture across the region.
Act as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Reliability Engineering, providing technical leadership and guidance to manufacturing sites.
Identify, prioritize and eliminate chronic equipment failures ("Bad Actors") using CMMS data, reliability analytics and asset performance indicators.
Lead and facilitate Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations and ensure effective implementation of sustainable corrective actions.
Drive Defect Elimination initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce lifecycle costs.
Develop, optimize and standardize preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies across the region.
Support Equipment Criticality Assessments and maintenance strategy optimization.
Support Asset Health programs through data analysis, condition monitoring and reliability performance reviews.
Support the optimization of Critical Spare Parts strategies for critical assets.
Develop technical standards, engineering guidelines and reliability best practices for regional deployment.
Provide technical support for complex equipment failures and long-term reliability improvement initiatives.
Participate in design reviews, FAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up activities to ensure reliability requirements are incorporated into new assets.
Coach and mentor Plant Operations, Maintenance and Reliability teams on reliability methodologies, RCFA, Asset Health, maintenance strategies and best practices.
Support digitalization initiatives related to CMMS, predictive maintenance, condition monitoring and reliability analytics.
Monitor regional reliability KPIs and recommend initiatives to improve equipment availability, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), maintenance cost and asset lifecycle performance.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related Engineering discipline.
Good experience in Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Engineering or Industrial Maintenance within continuous process industries.
Strong experience with rotating equipment and mechanical systems in industrial manufacturing.
Experience in food processing, oilseed crushing, grain handling, chemical or similar process industries is highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience leading reliability improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
Professional certification such as CMRP is considered an advantage
Recognized technical expertise in Reliability Engineering.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to influence and lead technical initiatives without direct authority.
Excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills.
Strong stakeholder management across multiple countries and cultures.
Ability to translate technical improvements into measurable business value.
