Key Responsibilities
  • Document business processes, workflows, and requirements related to product cost automation initiatives.
  • Ensure effective functionality and maintenance of price calculation tools.
  • Maintain standard Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) processes within SAP workflows.
  • Analyze standard price variances and determine necessary standard cost adjustments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Cost teams, business partners, leadership teams, and IT to design and implement technical solutions that improve efficiency and quality of product cost reporting.
  • Review transfer price calculations according to existing guidelines while ensuring appropriate documentation and compliance with approval processes for exceptions.
  • Execute month-end closing activities within SAP CO-PC and ensure inventory valuation aligns with SOX control standards.
  • Support material master data administration activities.
  • Deliver full cost transparency across all articles sold and support pricing processes in an efficient and reliable manner.
  • Lead or participate in special projects focused on business integration initiatives and system rollouts.
  • Partner effectively across functions and regions to strengthen costing processes and financial reporting capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent qualification) in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience within Finance.
  • Experience working in international and multi-site environments.
  • Broad financial expertise in:
    • Controlling
    • Cost accounting
    • Product costing and pricing
    • Financial and operational processes
  • Strong SAP knowledge, particularly:
    • SAP PP (Production Planning)
    • SAP MM (Materials Management)
    • SAP CO / CO-PC (Controlling - Product Costing)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Business fluent English.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally across areas such as I2L, S2P, P2D, and PTC.
