Wissenschaftler/in fr Methodenentwicklung/Lebensmittelchemiker/in (m/w/d) - befristeter Vertrag auf 2 Jahre

Ihre Herausforderung:

Wir suchen einen engagierten Wissenschaftler/eine engagierte Wissenschaftlerin mit Spezialisierung auf Methodenentwicklung oder einen Lebensmittelchemiker/eine Lebensmittelchemikerin mit Erfahrung in der instrumentellen Analytik fr unser Team in Hamburg. Die Aufgabe umfasst die Durchfhrung von Analysen auf Kontaminanten (z. B. Minerallrckstnde, Pestizidrckstnde) in verschiedenen Matrices unter Verwendung modernster Gerte. Es handelt sich um eine befristete Stelle fr zwei Jahre zur berbrckung einer Elternzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Vorbereitung und Analyse von Proben fr die Kontaminantenanalyse

Durchfhrung kleinerer Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten an Analysegerten

Entwicklung von Analysemethoden und Probenvorbereitungstechniken

Validierung gem internationalen Standards

Erstellung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen

Kommunikation mit den relevanten Abteilungen (Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Operations) und dem Forschungsmanagement

Analytische Untersttzung bei F&E-Projekten

Ihr Profil:

Idealerweise verfgen Sie ber einen Master-Abschluss in Chemie, Lebensmittelchemie, Naturstoffchemie, Analytischer Chemie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.

Sie verfgen ber mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich, idealerweise im Bereich der Chromatographischen Analyse (GC-MS/MS, LC-GC/FID, LC-MS/MS)

Sie verfgen ber gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C) und beherrschen MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Sie arbeiten gerne im Team

Your Challenge:

We are looking for a dedicated research scientist specializing in method development or a food chemist with experience in instrumental analysis to join our team in Hamburg. The role involves conducting analyses for contaminants (e.g., mineral oil residues, pesticide residues) in various matrices using state-of-the-art equipment. This is a two-year temporary position to cover a period of parental leave.

Your responsibilities:

Preparing and analysing samples for contaminant analysis
Performing minor repairs and maintenance on analytical instruments
Developing analytical methods and sample preparation techniques
Validation in accordance with international standards
Creating standard operating procedures
Communicating with relevant departments (Regulatory, Quality, R&D, Operations) and research management
Analytical support for R&D projects

Your profile:

Ideally, you hold a master's degree in chemistry, food chemistry, natural products chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in this field, ideally in Chromatographic Aanalysis (GC-MS/MS, LC-GC/FID, LC-MS/MS)
You have good knowledge of German - Level C and English and are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
You enjoy working as part of a team
You are characterized by solution- and service-oriented communication as well as an organized, responsible, and proactive work style
