Sales Manager Health & Wellness Korea/Japan will be responsible for regional key accounts, sales target setting, sales performance delivery and leading health & wellness customer relationships in the Korea/Japan region.
Your Responsibilities
•Covers Health & Wellness market and key customers in Korea, Japan and helping the APAC regional team where needed.
•Lead Health & Wellness customers to achieve key financial targets
•Develop and implement 2-3 year growth and key account development plan
•Participate in setting annual budgeting and 1-2 year target
•Region Key account management
•Partner with the product development and applications team for relevant application development to meet customer needs, while also creating and launching new and innovative products.
•As part of global Health & Wellness sales team, implement local, regional and global key account planning and customer projects
•Implement global and regional commercial programs - e.g. ISD
Your Profile
•Bachelor/Master Degree in business studies with a focus on microbiome science, microbiology.
•At least 5 years of professional experience in microbiome science, microbiology, dietary supplements in the area of marketing/sales or in a technological area with a high affinity to marketing/product management. +2 years commercial business management experiences
•Very good knowledge of English and additional Asian language is plus; confident handling of MS-Office.
•You are enthusiastic about microbiome science, microbiology and supplement trends.
•You feel comfortable in a dynamic, international environment and are open to change. International work experience in Asia Pacific, Europe or US would be a big plus.
•You are a committed and customer-oriented team player for whom a proactive, goal-oriented way of working is a matter of course.
•A proven strong sales executive, with a track record of commercial results, and successfully growing businesses in the dietary supplement segment as well as possessing the skills and experience to introduce ingredients to leading brands.
