Regulatory Affairs Executive (1 year - contract)

Based in Binh Duong Office

Job Purpose / Mc tiu cng vic:

Support timely product registration activities for feed devices (including imported products like FAI, Bernaqua, Vet drugs, and domestic aqua/livestock products) in compliance with regulatory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Trch nhim chnh:
  • Compile, evaluate, and maintain registration dossiers, technical databases, and product labels/leaflets.

  • Monitor timelines for new registrations, renewals, and license variations to ensure strict deadlines are met.

  • Ensure full compliance with regulations set by the Department of Livestock Production, Directorate of Fisheries, Department of Animal Health, and local DARDs.

  • Liaise, negotiate, and make presentations to regulatory authorities to obtain marketing permissions, certificates, and support audits.

  • Coordinate internal workflows across departments and handle other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements / Yu Cu Cng Vic:
  • University degree majoring in Agriculture, Veterinary, Feed Manufacturing, or related fields.
Tt nghip i hc chuyn ngnh Nng nghip, Th y, Sn xut thc n chn nui hoc cc ngnh lin quan.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (RA) or equivalent roles.
Ti thiu 2-4 nm kinh nghim trong lnh vc Regulatory Affairs (RA) hoc v tr tng ng.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, data collection, and analysis tools; comfortable using specialist computer applications.

  • English proficiency is an advantage.
