Performance Excellence Leader - Vineland NJ ADM Operations This is an exempt level position.
Position Summary: The Facility Performance Excellence Leader role is designed to coordinate and lead the facility implementation of the Performance Excellence System (PE). Alignment with the global ADM PE philosophies while executing and sustaining the engagement is key to success. This position requires a leader that can facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and "ever changing" environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal and influencing skills. Key to success in this position is the ability to work within and across the site as well as with external stakeholders creating value and buy-in as a key change facilitator for the Performance Excellence System facility deployment.
Specific Responsibilities Include:
Align with strategic objectives for the Organization/Business Unit/Division/Functional Area/Plant and Execute PE to accomplish them
Learn, and later lead and leverage pillar teams utilizing tools and methodologies aligned to PE
Structured Management System
Continuous Colleague Development
Daily Equipment Care
Coordinate local Practitioner agendas
Review and response for trip reports with Practitioner Team
Ensures visibility of cost and savings model ROI and the delivery of the expected savings at the Site Level.
Leads the site Steering Team
Updates Business Unit steering team regarding PE implementation
Coach and develop pillar teams

The PE Leader role is responsible for the deployment and ongoing sustainment of the PE Pillar system within the facility. The position is focused on driving improvements in revenue and driving cost out of the business through the development of efficient processes, elimination of non-value added or duplicate efforts, waste and other related losses within the ADM utilizing the zero-loss mindset through the PE system.
