Packaging Leadperson-Arbuckle, CA

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Duties: Duties include but are not limited to: Shift operation of Packaging, Packaging of correct product, supervision of 14+ person crew, ensuring safe operations and enforcement of all ADM policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Good attendance record, desire for advancement, knowledge of milling procedures a plus.
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and mechanical abilities.
Applicant cannot be afraid of heights, and have a willingness to learn.
Must speak/write/read English.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires walking, sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
The positions requires working in environments at varying temperatures and noise levels.
This position requires occasional lifting, stooping, climbing,
This position requires an individual that is available to work occasional weekends and/or holidays as well as during off-hours to address emergency conditions or other situations that may arise.
