Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this an intermediate position within the North American Ag Services and Oilseeds group. This position will be responsible for selling and maintaining linseed oil sales for Red Wing. The position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both external and internal customers, including the handling of logistics, accounting, and other customer related issues. The position requires a higher level of strategic thinking, market knowledge, trading acumen and employee development. This role will mainly focus on Red Wing but share commercial responsibilities with Enderlin, ND.
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & SKILLS:
University degree in agriculture or business (i.e. economics, finance, accounting), supplemented with a minimum of two (2) years' experience in commodity merchandising.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK PERFORMED:
Actively participates in all aspects of marketing within the regional truck, rail, vendors and customers
Develops key communication links within ADM to ensure optimal use of ADM facilities and market access, an understanding and awareness of market requirements and facilitate the effectiveness of ADM assets
Able to prepare and analyze basic profit and loss and other divisional reports
Strategically seeks out new business that would profitably enhance company assets
Builds & maintains relationships with a wide range of customers, including premium and volume accounts
Understands customer requirements in order to collaborate and add value to both companies
Is able to prepare & present reports to management detailing customer issues and opportunities
Maintains a clear customer account list and provides detailed background information in files
