The Prospect to Cash (PTC) team is part of ADM's Global Business Services (GBS) organization and is responsible for delivering timely, accurate billing and sales invoices for commodity contracts across Ag Services & Oilseeds, Carbohydrate Solutions, and ADM Transportation throughout North America.
The team is responsible for transactional settlement activities for commodities received by truck, rail, and barge at ADM elevators and export facilities, as well as commodities shipped by truck, rail, barge, container, and vessel from ADM terminals and processing plants.
This role oversees the sales costing process, including Sales freight accrual activities, to ensure transportation costs are accurately and timely recognized in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and financial reporting requirements.
The Lead, Prospect to Cash (PTC), is responsible for providing strategic leadership, direction, and operational oversight to a team supporting billing (invoicing), brokerage, quality claims, and freight accrual activities. This position is accountable for driving operational excellence through process standardization, continuous improvement, performance management, data analysis, and reporting while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and analytical skills, extensive knowledge of commodity settlement processes, and the ability to build effective partnerships across Commercial, Accounting, Treasury, Technology, Transportation, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Agriculture, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
10-15 years of experience at ADM or equivalent experience in an agriculture-related business environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of Prospect to Cash (PTC) service activities, commodity invoicing processes, Brokerage, Quality Claims, Freight Accrual, OPGO invoicing and related business operations.
Demonstrated commitment to process improvement, standardization, continuous improvement, and capability development.
Strong organizational, planning, leadership, and execution skills.
Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, risks, and actionable insights.
Ability to translate business needs into reporting, analytics, dashboards, scorecards, and process recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of accounting, commercial management, operations, technology, and leadership.
Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple competing priorities.

Advanced experience with ADM systems, including IBM Billing applications including OPGO, QCGO, APGO, Freight Accrual, JDE, and Microsoft Office Suite.
