Lead sales growth, manage key customer relationships, and developing effective channel strategies.

Your Responsibilities

Develop national sales strategies and annual sales plans for veterinary diets in line with company business target.

Drive veterinary diet and supplement sales target achievement by managing sales execution and ensuring revenue, volume, and profit goals are met.

Support KA customers in establishing and continuously optimizing pet hospital sales channels to drive sustainable business growth.
Assist customers in developing sales plans and ensure effective implementation and execution.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key pet hospital chains, regional key accounts (KA), and core distributors.

Facilitate the execution of key customer projects to increase product coverage and market penetration

Organize regional academic promotion activities, product seminars, and professional exchange meetings to drive product adoption and sales

Manage the veterinary diet sales team, ensuring standardized business processes and sales data management

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs; address customer issues and provide timely feedback to optimize sales strategies

Execute company sales plans and brand strategies in a professional and compliant manner to ensure business objectives are achieved
Develop regional sales forecasts and order projections based on sales performance and market demand

Manage key account customers in accordance with company standards, policies, and guidelines

Your Profile

College diploma or above; degree in Veterinary Medicine, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the pet healthcare, animal health, or related industries, with regional and team management experience
Strong understanding of the pet healthcare and veterinary channel landscape

Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to independently conduct customer negotiations and develop business plans

Self-motivated, proactive, passionate, and highly accountable

Strong learning agility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solid analytical and data interpretation skills
Proficiency in English as a working language is preferred

Ability to work independently and effectively manage responsibilities while traveling frequently
