The Role

The APAC Inside Sales Manager will be responsible fordriving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships across the APAC region. This role will focus on both supporting existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within the H&W portfolio. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that the H&W business continues to deliver exceptional value and service while advancing strategic growthobjectives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of H&W accounts across APAC, ensuring retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership development.
  • Business Development:Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities that align with the H&W strategic growth plan.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, CD&D, Platform, and Customer Service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences andcoordinatedgo-to-market execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and pipeline progress to ensure achievement of revenue andbusinessgoals.
  • Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, proactivelyidentifyingopportunities to enhance value and strengthen relationships.
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales or project management. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Commercial Operations & Analytics skills.
  • Advanced user of Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal & external customers.
  • The individual must be committed to corporate ethics policies & safety programs.
  • Fluent in English (Korean is a plus)
