Ensuring the full cycle of HR administration and supporting key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR policies) in compliance with labor legislation and internal company standards.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the full cycle of HR administration and supporting key HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, HR policies) in compliance with labor legislation and internal company standards.
Administration and control of HR documentation, including hiring, transfers, relocations, terminations, vacations, bonuses, financial assistance, labor contracts, headcount and timesheet tracking.
Administration of employee health insurance contracts.
Monitoring changes in labor legislation and ensuring HR processes are compliant with local regulations. Working with internal HR systems (SAP EC, Kenexa, MyADM, etc.).
Development, implementation, and maintenance of internal HR policies and procedures;
Development and regular update of job descriptions.
Design, implementation, and support of onboarding programs; ensuring effective adaptation of new employees. Participation in recruitment processes (CV screening, interview coordination, candidate support through the onboarding stage).
Participation in HR projects and initiatives. Labor market analysis and participation in salary benchmarking surveys.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in HR and personnel administration.
Strong knowledge of HR administration processes and documentation requirements. Intermediate English level MS Office.
Strong analytical skills and systems thinking.
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
