Foreign Contract Execution Staff will be supporting all foreign contract execution role for all imported commodities required for animal nutrition and pet solutions in Bulacan.

Your Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all foreign contract execution align with the purchase strategy of national commodity team
  • Provide the copy of documents to internal stakeholders nationwide
  • Issue the purchase order of all imported materials in the system nationwide
  • Review outstanding contracts and monitor stock inventory for proper execution from origin to destination
  • Ensure timely closing of non-outstanding or expired contracts for proper position management
  • Reconcile the outturn guarantee with service providers and internal stakeholders and ensure within the tolerance for shipments
  • Coordinate with the Foreign Contract Execution Officer for claims relating to quality issues and quantity variances from outturn guarantee and Bill of Lading
  • Coordinate on QFS team for the guaranteed quality on the contract and any quality related concerns
  • Submit the weekly delivery plan to concerned departments for proper alignment in the demand and supply planning
  • Responsible for timely releasing of imported materials in proper coordination with internal stakeholders and service providers such as brokers and truckers
  • Ensure compliance on government rulings of BAI, BPI, BIR and BOC relating to importation of goods
  • Coordinate with the Foreign Contract Execution the landed cost estimation for all imported materials in Bulacan
  • Provide supplier evaluation based on overall service performance
  • Analyze spend and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Develop network for service providers related to freight and warehouse
  • Provide weekly import monitoring update for all assigned imported commodities
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers
  • Work closely with QA, Formulation, Supply Chain and Operation to ensure unhampered production due to supply issues
Your Profile
  • Minimum of 3-year experience related to import and logistics preferably in agri-business or trade industry
  • Preferably with customs administration educational attainment
  • Self-driven team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills (collaboration across locations and functions; coordination with external partners and suppliers)
  • Analytical and self-starter
