• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate monthly US GAAP financial statements, strictly adhering to group compliance standards and operational deadlines.
• Business Analysis: Provide senior company leadership with analytical tools to understand operational results, cost drivers, P&L variances, etc.
• Management Reporting: Prepare regular internal management reports
• Internal Controls: Monitor compliance with internal and SOX control frameworks.
• Audit Management: Act as a contact for internal and external audit processes.
• Project Support: participate in ad-hoc business projects.

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or auditing (experience preparing financial statements under US GAAP or IFRS is preferred)
• Software: Advanced experience in any ERP system
• Analysis: strong analytical mindset (prior experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L variance analysis is preferred)
• Languages: English written and spoken (B1+ is a minimum). Fluency in Ukrainian is required for team communication.

• Detail orientation: ability to handle massive data sets under tight corporate deadlines.
• Stress tolerance: ability to remain effective under the pressure of monthly closing cycle.
• Proactive mindset: Ability to see potential risks and control gaps
• Adaptability: be flexible between routine controlling tasks and ad-hoc requests and projects.
