Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare complex postings within the fixed assets area,
  • Processing of fixed assets requests, such as capitalizations, disposals or transfers and maintaining fixed assets registers,
  • Cooperation with Strategic Partner,
  • Prepare of period-end close reporting,
  • Consult an open projects and answer questions about fixed assets policies and documentation,
  • Monitor Capital Expenditures for projects and check if projects are ready for closure,
  • Month-end reconciliations related to fixed assets accounts, construction in progress accounts and leasing,
  • Carry out standardization and improvement projects in the area of fixed assets,
  • Assisting EMEA Fixed Asset and Project Accounting Lead along complete fixed asset process and its improvement efforts,
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with SOX controls,
  • Cooperation with internal and external audit.


Your Profile

  • Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English,
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in the area of fixed assets
  • University degree in Finance/Accounting,
  • Proficient MS Office Skills, especially MS Excel, Power BI would be a plus,
  • Strong communication skills,
  • Solid self-organization and ability to set priorities to meet deadlines,
  • Team player with eagerness to share knowledge
  • Willigness to work 3 days per week from the office in Pozna.
